Boston Summer Program

The Boston office's Summer Associate Program offers the challenge and excitement of practicing law at its highest levels with lawyers who are foremost practitioners in their fields.

Our summer program allows summer associates to gain a realistic view of our firm, as well as a sense of our culture. We are looking for summer associates who are excellent law students, highly motivated and who enjoy working as part of a team.

Compensation levels for full-time lawyers are at the top of the Boston market and are reviewed annually in January. The firm encourages judicial clerkships and recognizes this work experience in the compensation scale. Weil also provides comprehensive health, life and disability insurance, four weeks paid vacation and three months paid family leave. We make a concerted effort to help our summer associates acclimate to life in the Boston office and put together a full schedule of orientation and teambuilding activities designed to help you become part of our team. In the past, activities have included outings to Red Sox games at Fenway Park, F-1 racing and events at partners' homes.
