Our training programs complement your day-to-day, on-the-job education. Workshops specifically tailored for summer associates provide hands-on instruction in practical lawyering skills. Summer associates are also invited to participate in our extensive associate training curriculum - a wide range of in-house legal education programs led by Weil attorneys from every practice area.

Additionally, we pair all summer associates with associate and partner mentors who provide guidance and answer questions throughout the summer. Our mentoring program provides the structure to facilitate each new summer associate’s integration into the firm, and the commitment from each summer associate’s mentors yields vast rewards for all.
