Mr. Austin is an associate in the Private Equity practice, at the Firm's New York office. Mr. Austin joined Weil Gotshal in 2006 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law.
Mr. Austin is a member of the State Bar of New York and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
