Barbara Jagersberger is a partner in the Corporate Department of the Munich office. Her practice concentrates on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and corporate law with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She has particular experience with transactions in the software, IT services and semiconductor sectors.
Barbara Jagersberger studied law at the Universities of Regensburg, Lausanne (Switzerland) and Oxford (UK). Prior to joining Weil in 2011, she spent six years with a leading German law firm where she primarily represented strategic and financial investors in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. She is fluent in German and English.
