Augustine Bourne is an UK-qualified associate in the Capital Markets practice in the London office, where his principal areas of expertise include equity issues (IPOs and secondary offerings) and high-yield debt offerings. He was a member of the teams representing issuers such as gategroup Holding AG, Chr. Hansen A/S and TVN S.A., and underwriters such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Citigroup. In addition, Mr. Bourne has worked on a variety of structured finance, private equity and restructuring transactions advising clients such as Advent International, HgCapital, Harbourmaster, SemGroup and AIG.
Mr. Bourne has also worked in Weil’s New York office.
