Arman Kuyumjian is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Kuyumjian represents public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, including distressed and cross border transactions. He also provides counsel regarding general corporate matters, including reporting requirements, corporate governance issues, defensive measures and other strategic considerations.
Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Kuyumjian was an associate at a leading Canadian law firm where he represented public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as debt and equity securities offerings and general corporate matters.
