Anna Frankowska is a partner in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal, & Manges’ Warsaw office. Since coming to Warsaw in early 1994, she has represented both underwriters and issuers in connection with numerous public offerings of Polish companies, several of which involved dual listings by Polish companies on the Warsaw and London Stock Exchanges. She has been involved in most of the significant privitisations in Poland.
Ms. Frankowska has also participated in the offerings of Eurobonds. Ms. Frankowska has also advised foreign brokerage houses in connection with their operations in Poland. She has published a number of law review articles in leading western periodicals.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Frankowska worked at leading US law firms specializing in corporate and securities matters and was involved in several public offerings.
