Andrzej Miklas graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty of Warsaw University. Since completing his apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Warsaw in 1993, he has run a successful law practice, encompassing company law, criminal law and obligation law.
Mr. Miklas joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Warsaw office in 2000 and has advised National Investment Funds, the State Treasury and listed companies in litigation proceedings concerning the proper functioning of those entities. In addition, Andrzej Miklas has been a member of the Commission for Amending Law at the District Advocate Council in Warsaw since 1994.
