Mr. Spektor is a member of the firm's Appellate practice group. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2009, where he was a Dean's Scholar. After law school, Mr. Spektor spent a year in the Special Litigation Unit at NYLAG, working on federal class actions and advising individual clients. Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Spektor clerked for the Honorable Brian M. Cogan, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Spektor has published academic articles in the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology, and the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society.
