Andrew Woodworth is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets department.
Mr. Woodworth advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, and investment grade and high yield debt offerings. He has recently been a member of teams representing PZU, Poland's largest insurer, in the largest European initial public offering since 2007 and Darling International in the financing of its acquisition of Griffin Industries Inc. He was a member of teams that advised on recent debt and equity offerings by Genworth Financial, Inc., AK Steel Holding Corporation, Tyco Electronics Ltd. and NBC Universal, Inc.
Mr. Woodworth received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004. He graduated from Stanford University in 1999.
