Alicia is an associate in the London office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, specialising in IP, IT, data protection and complex commercial contracts.
Her expertise includes advising financial institutions, major international companies and private equity funds on a range of transactions and issues including the IP and IT aspects of M&A and banking transactions, licensing and transfer of IP, drafting and negotiating high value commercial contracts and a wide range of data protection issues.
Alicia also advises on the negotiation of large licensing and technology transactions.
Alicia has, as part of a team, advised a range of clients including Premier Foods Plc, Shop Direct Group, Microsoft and General Motors and financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
