Alexis Brown-Reilly is an associate in the Antitrust/Competition practice of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.  Ms. Brown-Reilly provides counsel in all areas of antitrust law, including private litigation, mergers, and government investigations.  She has experience across a wide range of industries, including technology, health care, chemicals, financial services, and communications.

Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Brown-Reilly worked as an honors paralegal in the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition, where she assisted Commission staff on merger and non-merger investigations in the pharmaceutical and health care industries and received an Official Commendation for Meritorious Service for her work on the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice Commentary on the Horizontal Merger Guidelines

Ms. Brown-Reilly received her JD, with honors, from the George Washington University Law School, where she served as articles editor for the George Washington International Law Review.  She earned her BA, summa cum laude, from Virginia Tech, where she was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa.

Ms. Brown-Reilly is admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia and the state of Maryland, as well as to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
