Alexander Woolverton is an associate in Weil’s Business Finance and Restructuring Department. Prior to joining Weil, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Martin Glenn in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. He graduated from Oberlin College in 2008 and earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, in 2011. While in law school, he served as an associate managing editor for the Brooklyn Law Review.
