Alexander Clavero is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil's New York office. Mr. Clavero has a diverse transactional practice with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures involving private equity sponsors as well as private and public companies. He also is involved in counseling private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on a broad range of general corporate, securities laws, and corporate governance matters, including management arrangements.
Mr. Clavero received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
