Adrian Percer is a partner in the firm's Silicon Valley office in the Intellectual Property Counseling practice.  He has been with the firm since he began practicing law in 2001.  Mr. Percer counsels technology companies in a wide spectrum of intellectual property matters, including patent and trade secret litigation, portfolio management, dispute counseling, licensing, and freedom to operate.  Mr. Percer has represented clients in a wide range of technical disciplines including software, medical devices, storage devices, user interfaces, and Internet technologies such as search and advertising.  Recent matters include work with medical fastening devices, aneurysm coils, Internet advertising databases and GUIs, cellular and computer touch screens, and virtual private networks.  Representative clients include Yahoo!, Apple, Microsoft, Micrus, and C.R. Bard.
