Abigail Zigman is a senior associate in Weil’s Business Finance & Restructuring Department. Ms. Zigman’s practice focuses on debtor and creditor representations in complex chapter 11 cases and out of court workouts. She also participates in advising companies in the preparation of their resolution plans under the Dodd-Frank Act. Ms. Zigman has worked on numerous debtor representations, including Armstrong World Industries, Inc., Sharper Image Corporation, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation, and BearingPoint, Inc.
Ms. Zigman presents seminars to financial advisors on bankruptcy law and corporate restructurings and conducts yearly pro bono lectures on small businesses in distress on behalf of The Legal Aid Society.
