Aaron Huang is an associate in the Patent Litigation practice group in Weil’s Silicon Valley office. Mr. Huang’s practice involves patents in a wide array of fields, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, computer hardware and software, Internet and networking technologies, mobile devices, cellular networks, and semiconductors. Mr. Huang was most recently a member of the trial team in the Eolas v. Adobe, et al. litigation, where the team was successful in invalidating all asserted claims of Eolas’s patents on behalf of clients Amazon.com, Inc. and Yahoo! Inc.

Mr. Huang graduated from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, and received an A.B. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College. Mr. Huang’s academic and research experience prior to law school includes nanotechnology, materials science, organic and biochemistry, molecular biology, and genetics, and his industry and work experience includes design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale software, web applications, and distributed databases.
