Yvanna Custodio is an associate in the Business Finance & Restructuring Department in the firm's New York office. After receiving her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and prior to joining Weil, Ms. Custodio served a clerkship with Chief Judge Arthur J. Gonzalez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York from 2010-2011. While serving as a law clerk, Ms. Custodio attended the March 2011 INSOL Singapore conference, an annual regional meeting for professionals specializing in turnarounds and insolvency. Ms. Custodio is fluent in Tagalog.
