William Needham is an associate in the Business Finance & Restructuring group. He has been involved in a number of well-known restructurings, and his wide-ranging experience includes formal insolvencies, contingency planning, distressed investing, distressed M&As, Islamic Finance restructurings, advising senior and junior creditors, and working with leading insolvency practitioners.
William has, as part of a team, represented restructuring practices on workouts and restructurings, as well as clearing and investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, bondholder committees. and boards of directors in corporate restructurings.
He is a member of both R3 and the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association.
