Vivian Lee is an associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation group in Weil’s Dallas office. Ms. Lee has worked on a broad variety of litigation and arbitration matters in federal and state courts, and has assisted with internal investigations.
Ms. Lee also has an active pro bono practice and has been involved with drafting a model brief in support of a proposed order, an asylum matter, and civil cases through the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Dallas Asian American Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (selected as a member of the 2013 Leadership Class). Ms. Lee also serves on Weil’s Diversity Committee.
Ms. Lee received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Masters in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Ms. Lee won the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition in 2010 where she was given the distinction for co-writing the best brief and received the Northeast Regional Award for best speaker. She served as editor-in-chief of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Before attending law school, Ms. Lee was a corps member with Teach For America.
