Victoria Vron is a senior associate in the firm's Business Finance & Restructuring Department. Ms. Vron represents debtors, creditors, equity holders and other interested parties in all areas of corporate restructurings. Her representations include American Airlines (debtor), New York Superintendent of Financial Services as rehabilitator of Financial Guaranty Insurance Company, Advanta Corp. (debtor), Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (debtor), Steve & Barry's (debtor), and General Motors Corporation (as creditor in Delphi Corporation's chapter 11 cases). She has also represented various secured creditors and a statutory committee.
Ms. Vron is a member of the firm's Housing Court Team, which represents many low-income New Yorkers, on a pro bono basis, in eviction and other similar proceedings.
Ms. Vron is a graduate of Columbia University (BA 2001), where she majored in economics and political science, and of The George Washington University Law School (JD 2004), where she was a Deputy Senior Managing Editor of The George Washington Law Review. She is currently a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the American Bar Association.
