Vadim Brusser is Counsel in the Antitrust/Competition practice of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Brusser provides counsel in all areas of antitrust law, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, government investigations and private litigation.
Mr. Brusser has experience in a wide range of industries, including medical devices, consumer goods, oil and gas, chemicals, retail, financial services, manufacturing, and software and technology. Before joining Weil Gotshal in 2005, he was a staff attorney at the Federal Trade Commission involved in merger and non-merger investigations in the energy and software industries.
Mr. Brusser obtained his J.D., cum laude, from American University where he was a senior editor on the American University Law Review. Mr. Brusser is admitted to the bars of the State of New York and the District of Columbia and is an active member in the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
