Thomas Schmid is a partner in the Corporate Department of the Munich office. He focuses on private equity, mergers & acquisitions as well as restructurings. He has considerable experience in both cross-border and national transactions. In addition, he advises on general corporate and capital market matters. Thomas also worked as an in-house counsel for MAN AG.
Thomas is fluent in German and English.
