Suzanne Lee is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets department.
Ms. Lee advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings and debt offerings. She has represented DirecTV and MGM Mirage in their debt offerings, Univision Communications Inc. in an offering of its senior secured notes and tender offer for its existing notes, Genesis Lease Limited and Babcock Air Limited in their initial public offerings, the initial purchasers in an offering of high-yield notes by Capella Healthcare, Inc and the underwriters in a shelf take-down equity offering by Entegris, Inc. Ms. Lee received her J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2005. She graduated from Stanford University in 2000.
