Stephanie E. Srulowitz is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ New York office. Ms. Srulowitz has worked on a variety of transactions, primarily representing private investment fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds and the acquisition and disposition of their investments. Ms. Srulowitz has also represented institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and other private investment funds.
Ms. Srulowitz is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Ms. Srulowitz joined the firm in 2005. She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Yeshiva University, and graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
