Stefania D. Venezia is an associate in the Litigation department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and a member of the Securities/Corporate Governance practice group. Ms. Venezia has worked on securities and commercial matters in state and federal courts. Her practice also focuses on corporate governance counseling and internal investigations.
Ms. Venezia received her B.A. in English from Seton Hall University in 2001 and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Seton Hall Law Review.
