Silke Baechle is an associate in the Litigation Department of our Frankfurt office. Silke focusses on competition law, IT/IP, data protection law and multi-jurisdictional litigation. She advises national and international clients with regard to competition law questions, with a special focus on false advertising as well as content of websites and internet platforms, including trademark law and IT-related questions. Further, Silke focusses on multi-jurisdictional litigation, advising national and international clients with regard strategy questions for service and enforcement of foreign claims or judgments as well as with regard to questions relating to pre-trial discovery.
Silke studied at the Universities of Passau and Frankfurt am Main. 1. Law Degree in 1998 at the University of Frankfurt. 2. Law Degree at the Regional Court Frankfurt am Main in 2001. Admitted to practice in 2002.
She is fluent in German, English and Italian.
