Richard Draper is a corporate associate in Weil’s London office. His principal areas of expertise include advising private equity sponsors and corporates on a range of cross-border and domestic acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters.
Richard has recently completed an eight month secondment to Investec Bank plc.
