Ramona Y. Nee is a senior associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Her practice focuses on transactional work, including leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions in the software, telecommunications and services industries. Ms. Nee represents various private equity firms, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as their portfolio companies. Ms. Nee also counsels clients with respect to various general corporate matters, including corporate governance and joint ventures.
Ms. Nee is a member of the firm's Associates Committee and the Boston Associates Committee, and is actively involved in the recruiting, training and mentoring programs at Weil.
Ms. Nee is also a director of (and plays violin with) the Longwood Symphony Orchestra.
