Peter Feist is a partner in the firm’s Corporate department and leads the firm's private equity transactional practice in Hong Kong. Mr. Feist has a diverse practice that includes advising clients on a wide array of cross border and multi-jurisdictional private equity and M&A transactions in the Asia-Pacific region. He has extensive experience in private and public acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, going private transactions, recapitalizations, financings, minority investments and divestitures. Mr. Feist also advises clients on general corporate matters, including matters regarding securities laws and corporate governance.
Mr. Feist is "highly recommended" by clients for private equity and recognized for his ability in cross-border M&A (The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2011-2012).
Mr. Feist received his law degree, with first class honors, from Victoria University of Wellington, where he also received a business degree in accounting and finance.
