Oliver Walker is a tax associate with a range of both corporate taxation and finance taxation experience.
In particular, Oliver has provided tax advice in relation to mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, syndicated debt and securitisations.
In providing these services, Oliver has provided tax advice relating to corporation tax, income tax, VAT, stamp duty and stamp duty land tax and has been involved in structuring transactions and drafting and reviewing associated documentation (including tax clearance applications).
