Nick Flynn is a corporate lawyer who also focuses in environmental law, in particular dealing with environmental issues in mergers & acquisitions.
Nick's experience includes a wide range of transactional work in both the general corporate and environmental areas. Amongst others, he has worked on Europe-wide joint ventures by major oil companies and a large-scale divestment program by one of the world’ largest chemical companies.
Nick joined the firm in June 2000 from the corporate department of Allen & Overy, and is a graduate of Oxford University where he studied law.
