Max A. Goodman is an associate in the Tax department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ New York office.
Mr. Goodman has worked on a variety of transactions, including bankruptcies and other business restructurings; public and private mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs; LLC and partnership formations; debt and equity offerings; credit agreements; and CDO offerings and other securitizations.
Mr. Goodman is a member of the Tax Section of the New York State Bar Association.
