Matt Cohn is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Mr. Cohn’s practice focuses on representing financial sponsors and public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cohn was an associate in the corporate group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.
