Mark Bernstein is a senior associate in Weil’s Business Finance & Restructuring Department. Mr. Bernstein’s practice focuses on debtor and creditor representations in complex chapter 11 cases and out of court workouts. Mr. Bernstein also has experience working with derivatives, structured products, and other complex financial instruments. Mr. Bernstein has worked on numerous debtor representations, including LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and Syncora Guarantee Inc.
