Margarita Platkov is an associate in the Litigation department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and is a member of the Securities/Corporate Governance practice group. Ms. Platkov’s practice focuses on securities and corporate governance litigation and counseling, as well as on internal investigations.
Before joining Weil, Ms. Platkov served as a Judicial Clerk to The Honorable Carolyn Berger, a Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court. Ms. Platkov received her LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University School of Law in Israel, and her LL.M. in Corporate Law and Finance, with honors, from Widener University School of Law in Delaware.
