Li Li is a partner in the firm’s Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group based in Beijing, China. She has over 20 years of experience working with major international law firms in New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing. She frequently advises clients on mergers and acquisitions matters, including representing multinationals in direct investments in China and representing Chinese companies in M&A transactions overseas, capital markets, private equity, finance and general corporate matters. In recent years, she has been involved in high-profile outbound M&A transactions involving PRC companies in Europe, the U.S., Africa, Russia and Kazakhstan.
