Lewis Blakey is a corporate associate in Weil’s London office and specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Lewis has, as part of a team, advised a number of leading private equity funds and major corporates on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and sales of companies and businesses, as well as private equity portfolio companies on general corporate matters.
Lewis was seconded to the private equity and mergers and acquisitions department of Weil’s New York office for six months in 2011.
