László Nagy is a Partner with a dual practice. He leads the dispute resolution practice of the Budapest office, and also advises on mergers & acquisition matters. Mr. Nagy has more than 14 years of experience specializing in these areas.

Mr. Nagy has successfully represented corporate clients in a wide range of matters across his main practice areas, and has particular experience with public companies, public takeovers and defense work, as well as mergers & acquisition work involving financial institutions, infrastructure assets and energy. He represents clients in a broad range of dispute resolution matters before ordinary courts, the Supreme Court and arbitral tribunals, including complex commercial, energy, shareholder, and capital markets disputes.
Prior to joining Weil’s Budapest office in 2004, Mr. Nagy worked for another major international law firm’s mergers & acquisitions department in Budapest and London.
Mr. Nagy is fluent in English in addition to his native Hungarian.
