Konrad J.L. von Buchwaldt is a senior associate in the Corporate department of our Frankfurt office. He concentrates on private equity, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and corporate restructurings.
Mr. von Buchwaldt studied law at the University of Bonn (law degree 1996) and the University of London where he earned an LL.M. degree in the area of international business law (1997). He was admitted to practice in 2000.
He is fluent in German and English.
