Kirsteen Nicol is an associate in the Banking and Finance practice of the London office of Weil. Her principal areas of expertise include leverage finance, corporate lending and restructuring.
Kirsteen has, as part of a team, advised a number of major sponsors, financial institutions, funds, and corporates.
Prior to joining Weil, Kirsteen was a member of the banking team at a leading Scottish law firm in London, where she also trained.
