Jean Beauchataud is a partner in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Paris office. Mr. Beauchataud’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, particularly leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions.
Mr. Beauchataud joined the firm in 2003. He received an LL.M. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 2002. He received a DJCE (post-graduate degree) in business and tax law from Paris II University in 1997.
Mr. Beauchataud is a member of the Paris Bar and of the New York Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
