Jason Wright is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group. He has assisted in internal investigations, counseled clients on regulatory compliance, and litigated disputes in federal and state courts. Mr. Wright’s litigation experience includes claims involving breach of contract, fraud, quantum meruit, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices. In addition, he has experience providing antitrust guidance related to merger integration and divestitures for corporate acquisitions.
Before law school, Jason gained significant international security and defense experience while serving eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Scout Sniper team leader and instructor, and for two years as an independent contractor operating in support of government activities overseas.
