Jason Lang is an associate in the IP Counseling practice in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. He advises clients on a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including IP portfolio management, IP litigation, IP transactions, and due diligence. Mr. Lang’s litigation cases and counseling matters have involved a vast array of technologies, including semiconductor design and fabrication, integrated circuits, networking and telecommunications, and internet technologies.
