James Dodd is an associate in the Finance practice of Weil’s London office specialising in securitisation and structured finance.
James has experience in a range of structured finance transactions including RMBS and rental fleet and credit-card receivables securitisations, as well as advising on portfolio acquisitions involving loans and bonds. He has been part of a team that has advised clients including Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, J.P. Morgan and Hertz amongst others.
