Ines Wu is an associate in Weil’s Hong Kong office focusing on private funds formation. She is experienced in advising private equity clients in the Asia-Pacific region on fund formation, fundraising, regulatory and compliance issues, as well as establishing parallel, co-investment and other investment vehicles. Prior to joining Weil, Ines worked for four years as a funds associate in New York, Beijing and Hong Kong, respectively. She is a native Mandarin speaker.
