Partner Ian Hamilton has extensive experience in cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. His experience covers a wide range of cross-border acquisitions (both public and private), IPOs, joint ventures, rights issues and other equity issues. Ian joined the firm from Slaughter and May in 2003.
He is a graduate of King's College, Cambridge where he studied economics.
