Florian I.E. Bauer is an associate in the Corporate department of our Frankfurt office. He focuses on private equity, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and corporate restructurings.
Florian studied law at the Universities of Jena, Munich, Hagen and Frankfurt (law degree 2010, LL.M. 2012, Ph.D. candidate 2012) and Higher R.C. Koblenz (Assessor 2012). He received a scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation.
He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2013.
He is fluent in German and English and conversant in French.
