Eugene C. Kim is an associate in Weil's Hong Kong office and a member of its Banking & Finance practice. Mr. Kim advises private equity sponsors, banks, institutional investors and corporates on a variety of leveraged finance transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border acquisition financings. Mr. Kim’s core expertise lies in senior and subordinated debt (including mezzanine financing), syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, and distressed debt and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining the firm’s Hong Kong office, Mr. Kim practiced with a major international firm in the U.S. for more than four years. He is fluent in English and proficient in Korean.
