Emma Rubin is an associate in the London Office's Banking & Finance practice whose principal area of expertise is leveraged finance and general bank lending.
Emma qualified as a solicitor in September 2011 having completed a two year training contract with the firm. She has been involved in a number of cross-border transactions and restructurings and related matters as well as domestic financings and also has experience of high yield issuances.
Emma has, as part of a team, advised a variety of high profile sponsors and major corporates, including Advent International, OMERS Private Equity, TI Automotive, TVN and the Lehman Brothers.
